Despite the difficult year we faced, 2020 allowed us to continue developing our skills and devoting more time and resources to our customers. We are excited that this hard work has been recognised as we were labelled a 501 MSP of the year and have been shortlisted for the Comms Business Awards!
Channel Futures MSP 501
A few months ago, we were also recognised as one of the top 501 Managed Service Providers in the world, by Channel Futures.
Every year the MSP 501 recognises the biggest and most successful MSPs from around the world, and we were thrilled to be featured on the list again. In 2019 we were named the number one Managed Service Provider in the UK, so it is fantastic to know we have been recognised again.
Comms Business Awards
Towards the end of the year, we were delighted to be shortlisted as one of only eight finalists in the Comms Business Awards MSP of the year category.
The award is presented to MSPs who can demonstrate outstanding company performance throughout 2019. Performance can relate to growth, customer service, staff development and support, or defining new markets. Being shortlisted as a finalist means a lot to everyone here at TMT so we could not be more pleased to be mentioned on the shortlist alongside other outstanding MSPs. The results will be announced in January 2021 so keep an eye out to see where we placed!
These are just two of many huge accomplishments for our business. In 2020 we maintained our ISO9001 and 270001 accreditations, proving our dedication to data and business security. In addition, we also maintain an Investors in People Gold Certification. Our staff are extremely dedicated, and we value their time and experience, so encourage them to progress and provide the optimum opportunities for growth and development. This is also a great benefit to our customers who get to see the full impact of our award-winning technology experts.
